with an implementation plan more manageable. Tree Flight's founder has experience on both the public sector and private sector sides of
the fence and the training to help with building a plan to make a successful implementation a reality.

To aid in understanding what is to be built, how it should work, how much effort is required, and how it can be made more efficiently.
Tree Flight has the skills to design a solution that will bring the vision of how things work now and how they are to work in the future to
a reality. Whether implemented by Tree Flight or by the client, Tree Flight can help with creating the documentation and plans for the
architecture of the system. Tree Flight has experience with projects ranging from a few thousand to a few million and can gear up or down
the amount and formality of the architecture design based on the size, scope, and budget of the project. There is always a battle between
finite amounts of time, resources, and funding and Tree Flight can design an architecture and implementation plan to make the system able to be made

Solution Development
To implement the desired technology and processes that meets the needs of the situation.
Tree Flight has experience in developing for a broad range of platforms. From systems integrations and data warehouses
to user interfaces and reporting, Tree Flight has the skills to develop the desired solution and our personnel go
the extra mile to deliver above and beyond what is expected. Tree Flight has experience with languages ranging from Assembly
and C to C# and Java and with Windows and Unix/Linux Operating systems. Tree Flight has the breadth of experience and discipline
of process to be able to ensure a successful development of the solution needed.
Training
To transfer knowledge of the solution or to aid in acquiring new abilities for the agency to be able to be more independent and efficient in their operations.
Tree Flight’s founder is also a regular public speaker and enjoys presentations and training sessions with audience interaction.
He has trained groups large and small and as varied as a group of Judges to a mixture of IT, Corrections Officers, and Administrators.
Engaging the audience, gearing the material to fit the people attending, and following up to make sure that what was presented was
retained are standard components of training provided by Tree Flight. Tree Flight believes that it is good to be able to provide a
solution, but even better to enable the Agency to be able to have the skills and ability to create their own solution and take full
ownership of what they work with.
System Integration
To allow systems to communicate and be used as resources instead of simply repositories.
System integration is a part of an architectural design and solution development, but it is being called
out here specifically as Tree Flight has extensive experience in connecting systems and enabling the sharing
of information. Whether needing to get data out and flowing from an old system that was created long ago but
is still in use or building an API for a green field web application, Tree Flight has the experience and skill
to make that happen.
